We are proud to announce the launch of our new course on teachable.com!
The course is entitled "How to Fix Your Low Back Pain" and is the culmination of over 15-years of clinical experience and results-based Physiotherapy.
Over the years, I've worked extremely hard with my patients to better understand the cause of their low back pain. As a result, I've gained a unique perspective about the cause of low back pain and how to genuinely fix it.
Low back pain is a broad, varied, and unique experience for each person. However, I've come to understand there are some common themes that link almost all low back pain together. And as the course creator, I'm proud to say this course truly reflects the ideas and perspective needed for anyone to conquer their back pain long-term.
Learn Why You're in Pain & How to Fix it
This 14-day course aims to give you the necessary tools and understanding to comprehensively fix your low back pain.
In my experience, the path to fixing low back pain is a rocky one unless we take the time to understand why you're in pain to begin with.
It's easy to feel like your low back pain just happens. That being pain-free before its onset means that everything was fine. Clinically, this just isn't the case. It's just hard to appreciate and care about this unless you know what to look for.
Remember, the onset of low back pain is rarely the start of something brand new. It's often the last straw. The moment your tissue stopped tolerating either the way you've been moving or positioning your spine over a long period of time.
So if you're hoping to fix low back pain we need to appreciate the bigger picture.

Course Curriculum
To get a taste of what we cover in the course - ask yourself these simple questions:
- How well do you sit throughout your daily activities?
- Do you bend from your hips or from your low back?
- How heightened is your nervous system on a daily basis?
- Is your pelvis in a neutral position? Or does it tilt forwards?
- Are your hips stiff?
- Is the area above your low back stiff as well?
- Do you know how to consciously brace your spine?
With this in mind, its important to understand that back pain is rarely just about the back. In this course, we demonstrate the necessary exercises to address your back pain. We also cover the peripheral issues that have contributed to it.
The course exists of four modules. Each module is drip fed to you over the course of 14-days to mimic regular Physiotherapy pacing. We start with the basics and you are expected to build on those as you feel comfortable. There is no pressure to move on to the next exercise until you feel your body is ready. Importantly, despite this being a 2-week course, you have 12 weeks to complete it. I completely understand the need to go at your own pace.
What to Expect From The Course
To be blunt, I want you to expect results from this course. Not empty promises and fancy selling techniques, but tangible results. Its how I've structured my practice over the last 15-years. And, it's the best way I've seen to figure out exactly what you need to fix your low back pain. It'll help you sort the wheat from the chaff in terms of treatments, exercises, and even Physiotherapists.
You shouldn't have to trust what I say in this course. You should just trust how your body feels and the results you get.
