Online Physiotherapy Consultation | Find the Root Cause of Your Pain

Australian Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist • 20 Years Experience • 100,000+ YouTube Subscribers

Pain exists for a reason.

I help people understand why their aches, pains and injuries haven’t resolved - and what’s actually required to improve them long term.

Many people who book with me have already tried hard to get better. They've seen practitioners, followed programs, had scans, rested, stretched, strengthened and done “all the right things” - yet still feel stuck.

Often, the issue isn’t a lack of effort. It’s that important pieces of the puzzle haven’t yet been fully understood.

Grant Frost Australian Physiotherapist
“This is the first time my pain has actually made sense.”

That’s one of the most common things people say after our first consultation together.

You're not broken.
And you're (probably) not crazy.

If you’ve been dealing with persistent pain despite trying hard to fix it, there is usually more to the story.

After 20 years of treating musculoskeletal pain, patterns start to become impossible to ignore.

In many cases, people haven’t failed treatment because they’re weak, lazy, damaged, or unlucky.

They’ve struggled because the true drivers of the problem were either missed, misunderstood, or approached too narrowly.

My role is not simply to tell you what exercises to do.

My role is to deeply understand your story, your history, your body, your movement patterns, your lifestyle, and the factors that may have quietly contributed to why your issue developed - and why it has stayed around.

“Everything has to happen for a reason - musculoskeletally.”

I believe most people deserve more than temporary symptom management.

They deserve clarity. They deserve understanding. And they deserve a plan that not only works, but genuinely makes sense.

Why people book with me

Most people aren’t looking for another generic rehab program.
They’re looking for answers and results.

🧠

They want clarity

They’re tired of conflicting advice, confusing diagnoses, and feeling uncertain about what’s actually happening with their body.

🎯

They want the root cause

Rather than endlessly chasing symptoms, we look deeper at why the issue may have developed and persisted in the first place.

🤝

They want to feel heard

Our consultation is a conversation - not a rushed appointment where you feel like just another patient being talked at.

📚

They want understanding

I pride myself on explaining complex issues in simple, practical ways that finally helps things click.

🔍

They’ve already tried “everything”

Many people who book with me have already seen multiple practitioners and still feel like important pieces are missing.

🌱

They want long-term change

The goal isn’t dependency. The goal is helping you understand your body well enough to create lasting improvement.

My approach to helping people

Evidence matters deeply to me.
But so does my clinical experience and your unique experiences with pain and injury.

I believe the best outcomes occur when research, clinical experience, and patient experience all point in the same direction.

Modern healthcare can often stray towards tunnel vision - focusing solely on the painful area, or on imaging findings, or only on isolated treatment techniques.

I've learned to be broader, and look more holistically.

Because we have to.

I look at the body as a system of interconnected systems, and try to understand why your body is suffering the exact consequences it's experiencing, what may be perpetuating the issue, and what needs to change for meaningful progress to occur.

1

Deep listening

We start by understanding your story properly - not just your symptoms.

2

Pattern recognition

Together we identify the factors and patterns that may have contributed to the issue.

3

Clear explanation

I explain what I believe is happening in a way that is practical and easy to understand.

4

Targeted plan

You leave with a personalised strategy focused on meaningful, results-based, long-term improvement.

What makes this different

This is not a generic online physio appointment.
It’s a deep dive into understanding why your body is faulting.

Common questions

Can online physiotherapy really work?

Absolutely. A huge amount of musculoskeletal assessment comes from detailed questioning, movement assessment, pattern recognition, and understanding your history properly. In many cases, the biggest breakthroughs come from understanding what’s driving the issue, not just from hands-on treatment.

What if I’ve already tried everything?

Many people who book with me feel exactly the same way. Often they’ve worked incredibly hard to get better already. My role is to help identify whether important pieces of the puzzle may have been missed and create a clearer, more logical direction forward.

What conditions do you help with?

I work with a wide range of musculoskeletal issues including chronic pain, costochondritis, fibromyalgia, back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, tendon issues, persistent injuries, recurring pain, sports injuries, movement-related pain, and cases where people feel stuck despite previous treatment.

What if I need hands-on treatment?

If I believe your situation would genuinely benefit more from in-person care, I will tell you honestly. I'm here for you, and my priority is to help you feel better - not forcing online treatment when it isn’t appropriate.

You don’t need another temporary fix.

If you’re ready to better understand your body, uncover why your issue may have persisted, and finally move toward a clearer long-term solution, I’d love to help.
